14/02/10 Ticket sales through the Hoopfest account have now finished. Visit Cosmic on Cuba Mall for $90 for presale weekend passes or $50 for a day pass! (Day passes online only, booking fee applies) – Gate sales CASH ONLY are $120 for a weekend pass and $60 for a day pass!

What to bring: * Hoops! Bring as many hoops as you think you need in as many sizes as you have! The workshops will be varied so a selection of hoops - if you have them - will probably come in useful! (including fire and LED if you have them!) If you are without hoops - not to worry - travel and fire hoops will be available for purchase on site – please bring cash as EFTPOS is not accepted (travel hoops have 1/3 off for hoopfest attendees! Only $40!) Other items may be on sale – so bring the cash just in case!
* POTLUCK DISH - for the Friday evening - this is a great way for everyone to share and get to know each other - through our stomachs! For meat eaters, feel free to bring a meat dish, but please make people aware of the contents! All food must be prepared and cooked prior to the event as the kitchen will be in use by our chefs! Hoop themed dishes welcome! :-)
* Plate / Cutlery / Cup - We’ve tried to keep the costs down for this event as much as possible to make it accessible to everyone! As such please bring your own plate, cutlery and cup as they will not be provided! Thanks!
* Snacks and treats - as part of the ticket price we will be providing veg / vegan food for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the Saturday and breakfast and lunch on the Sunday - please bring your own snacks for in between meals! Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements on the registration form.
* Bedding - everyone will be provided with a bed in dorm accommodation (first come first serve) but please bring your own bedding (sleeping bag / duvet and pillow) for the bed - guests are welcome to stay in their own live in vehicles or in their tents if they prefer - just let us know!
* Bags for recycling – Brookfield do not recycle so please be responsible and take you recycling home with you! (bottles, cans etc)

General Info
* Site opens at 3pm on Friday
* Fuel will be supplied by us for the fire jams (including fuel for beginners fire hoop sessions!)
* Workshops are optional - and will be on a rotation so you can attend all of them if you wish! There will be plenty of free time to get to know each other and have trick swaps! Let’s build the NZ Hoop Community!
* Site closes 5pm Sunday
* Alcohol is permitted at the event but please be mindful in your consumption
* * Please be responsible for your own mess - rubbish bins will be provided and everyone’s help with keeping the site clean would be appreciated
* Volunteering at the event is welcomed and encouraged! We have kept the ticket prices super low with the massive commitment from the community – your help would be awesome! Especially if you have time after the event to pitch in with the clean up!

The venue is right down the bottom of Moores Valley Road – you will see a big sign for Brookfield on the right hand side – We are located in the MAIRE LODGE down the bottom of the site – please register in the hall upon arrival.

02/02/12 It's been a busy summer so far! NZ Hoopfest is almost here! Check out the instructors page for new instructor bios. Frenchy and Ryn have been on the road with a couple of other instructors having a great time spreading hoopy love. Frenchy is back in Wellington after her Summer tour, Ryn is off to Luminate from Picton in an hour (say hi!) and our amazing chef is preparing a delicious menu. Hope you are all excited for Hoopfest and have your tickets sorted!
